Zwift, the global online fitness platform, today announces the Alpecin-Premier Tech team camp which brings Zwifters closer than ever to a pro team’s training environment. Through five workouts which are designed by Kristof de Kegel, Alpecin-Premier Tech’s Head of Performance, Zwifters get to train like a pro.
The team camp consists of five serious workouts which each focus on a different element of cycling from endurance to strength and Vo2 Max. There will also be pro-led rides, where Zwifters can ride with members of Alpecin-Premier Tech including former Zwift Academy winners Luca Vergallito and Noah Ramsay, Kaden Groves, Jasper Philipsen and Mathieu van der Poel.

Get ready for a power-focused session built around high-torque intervals and structured recovery. Each effort builds the strength you need for explosive moments, and every recovery helps you reset and go again. This is where raw power starts to show up!
This session sharpens your ability to ride smoothly and confidently at tempo pace. You’ll practice holding a steady rhythm like the peloton, with short pushes toward FTP to prepare when pace lifts. Calm, controlled—this is where flow meets fitness.
This session builds explosive power and increases anaerobic capacity. You’ll tackle short, high-intensity efforts above threshold, each followed by controlled recovery. The goal is simple: hit every interval with focus and intent. This is race-style power—sharp, repeatable, and decisive.
This final session brings it all together. Two long tempo efforts build strong, sustainable endurance and reward the work you’ve done. Settle into a steady rhythm, stay composed, and finish the Alpecin–Premier Tech Training Camp strong!
Zwifters can choose to do these workouts on-demand or in a group ride, with workouts being scheduled every two hours. Complete two workouts and unlock an Alpecin-Premier Tech Team Cap and do all five, and unlock the team’s jersey.
