Updates to the configurable heads-up display are available July 15, with enhanced fitness trends live from July 2
Zwift, the biggest training destination for cyclists worldwide, is excited to support Zwifters in their quest to get the most out of their training and fitness journey.
From today, Fitness Trends will be launching on the Zwift Companion App, availble for free via Apple's App Store and Google Play. Fitness Trends will allow Zwifters to dive deeper into their fitness tracking information over time. Clicking through from the Goal and Fitness Tracking tiles on the Zwift Companion home screen will take Zwifters to a series of charts, tracking their training goals, Zwift Streak, historical training status, and their historical training score. All charts can be filtered by time, allowing Zwifters to better understand their training history at a simple glance.
Following soon after, Zwifters will have access to more data fields to display in the Configurable HUD, found in the top left of the Zwift screen. Along with much-requested fields like average speed and average watts, Zwifters will now have access to more advanced metrics. For those with dual power meters, Left/Right power balance can now be displayed in real time. Heat training is increasingly becoming a field of interest amongst top riders and Zwift has partnered with CORE Body Temp to also bring CORE Temperature and CORE HSI (Heat Strain Index) to the Configurable HUD. The CORE Thermal Sensor can be paired with a heart rate strap within the CORE app to connect as a wearable in Zwift.
