Zwift, the global online fitness platform for cyclists, has launched a new community-focused training program called Zwift Camp: Baseline. It will enable Zwifters to learn more about their cycling strengths and weaknesses as they head into the New Year.
The program runs from Monday 18 November to Sunday 5 January and comprises six stages, with three workouts and three individual tests.
The first two stages focus on sprinting, the middle two stages on attacking, and the final two stages on endurance.
The tests make use of Zwift’s free ride segments to capture personalized data. Zwifters will need to give it their all when riding through those segments to demonstrate their peak power.
That data will then be used to assess their physical capabilities and once all six stages have been completed, Zwifters will receive a tailored Rider Strength Report that reveals their top strength and limiter, as well as providing custom recommendations which will allow them to train smarter in 2025.
Zwift Camp: Baseline is best taken on in sequence and each stage can be completed either on demand or in an event. These events run on the hour, every hour throughout the course of the program.
Along the way, Zwifters will also unlock three exclusive Zwift Camp: Baseline rewards, including the Baseline Kit, Oakley Kato Sunglasses, and Zwift Baseline Wheels.
Each workout can be completed in less than an hour but lite versions of each workout are also offered for the most time-crunched riders. The program runs as follows:
Elevation Evaluation - distance 24.6km, elevation 396m
Zwifters can also make up any stages they miss between 29 December to 5 January.
Upon completion of the full program, Zwifters will receive their personalized Rider Strength Report which reveals their top strength and limiter and provides custom training recommendations allowing them to train smarter throughout 2025.
Along the way, Zwifters will also unlock three exclusive Zwift Camp: Baseline rewards, including the Baseline Kit, Oakley Kato Sunglasses, and Zwift Baseline Wheels.
