Whether it's chasing a personal best, testing your limits, or just having fun, Zwift Games has something for everyone
Zwift, the global online fitness platform for cyclists and the home of community racing, today announces the return of Zwift Games, the competition running from February 16 to March 29. This year 5 main stages will be bolstered with a new sixth bonus stage that is open to the entire cycling community and aims to introduce even more Zwifters to the thrill of Zwift racing.
For the five main stages, Zwift has created five brand new routes across five different Zwift Worlds to test the skills of every type of rider. Each stage lasts for a week. All races will be categorised using Zwift’s Racing Score system with open, advanced and women’s only categories all available. The challenge builds over the course of the series, with each stage becoming progressively more demanding. In total there are seven routes in seven worlds:
The Zwift Games website will showcase each Zwifter’s progress and ranking through General Classification standings for stages 1 - 5 as well as individual stage results, including bonus stages. The website will also show Zwift Games Power Metrics, which compare each rider’s performance against their 90-day Personal Best.
In a new development, Zwifters can also progress through the Zwift Games campaign by riding the new routes on demand from February 13. Choose to recce the race routes or just earn new badges, unlocks and extra XP.
New for this year, Zwift Games Road to Glory, is a guided group ride targeted at newer racers running from February 9 through to February 20. Through a series of guided race drills, it teaches Zwifters the basics of racing on Zwift, from how events work to when to use PowerUps or when to sprint. It’s the perfect way to prepare before lining up for Zwift Games.
The Bonus Stage, running March 23-29, gives Zwifters a chance to try two very different formats of racing. Crit Cade is fast and gamified - uses PowerUps, boosts, hazard pads and steering to make moves in real time. Prefer a purer test of power? The Epiloch TT delivers a race against the clock, no steering required. Both Bonus Stage options will offer their own online rankings, but do not impact the main General Classification.
A make-up week for Zwift Games will run from March 30 - April 5. During this period, stages 1 - 5 will be on rotation, giving Zwifters the chance to race any stages they missed or want to improve their time on.
Shimano, Oakley and Wahoo have joined Zwift Games 2026 as official partners. Competitors will have the opportunity to unlock Oakley Sphaera™ Strike Glasses after completing 1 stage, Zwift Games 2026 Kit after 3 stages. Complete any five stages and unlock the Oakley Velo Stelvio™ Helmet. Finish six stages to earn a massive 6,000XP bonus, a final boost to finish strong and push you toward your next level.
